bailout

So much has been discused about bailout, ways of recovering the bailout money
from corporations.We have seen lot of discuusion on TV about the success/failure of
bailout program. I jus want to suggest a simple bailout program.
Instead of spending trillions to bailout the corporations why not bail out the indivduals by paying a million to every adult citizen of the USA?
